SHIPPING METHODS: We ship UPS and USPS

NEW ORDERS

  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of the order.
    • Business days are Mon-Fri with exceptions to holidays.
  • FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, therefore we require a physical address.
  • Please be advised that some packages may require a signature.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  
  • You can check the status of your order by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page, scroll down and click on the "Order History" button.
  • The status of your order will display "shipped" once your order is shipped and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

RETURNS

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AT ONCE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED or MISSING, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY BY EMAIL. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS REPORTED MORE THEN 5 DAYS AFTER THE SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Please send us an email with a detailed description of the problem along with supporting photos and or a video. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as we can.
  • If we deem your request to be valid we will provide you with a return authorization number.
  • If your issue is deemed to be covered by a manufacturer warranty it will be your responsiblilty to pay for the shipping of the replacement item.  We will provide you with the shipping options and amounts.
  • All returns must have an authorization number or they will be refused.

  • All returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days from the date your return authorization number was provided or they will be refused.
  • If we ask you to return your defective product you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
  • 15% Restocking fee applies to all refused orders.

**Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone who commits or attempts to commit credit card fraud. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
